The problem
A 32-storey premium tower on a tight city-centre plot with no staging area — deliveries and waste had to be choreographed within an active street.
What we did
We ran the tender, valued the works and coordinated a just-in-time delivery protocol between the contractor, suppliers and the municipality.

Completed on programme with zero logistics-related site stoppages, and every interim payment verified against delivered work.
